STRONG BACK, SOFT FRONT & WILD HEARTS. - A School Holiday Wellbeing workshop - Content appropriate for PREP ONWARDS (5-16 years)

A 2 1/2 Hour brief workshop combining the 4 very important fundamentals for our young champions of tomorrow!

- Understanding our emotions & how to recognise them.

- Gratitude and kidness

- Fitness & Being active

- Mindfulness & Meditation

Benefit for You & Amazon Fitness will combine their expertise of fitness & motion for a fun, high level energy and heart rate raising exercise session for the kids! Appropriate for all ages of children and fitness levels.

Mindfull Aus will facilitate a relaxed and relatable look at Gratitude, kindness and how and when we can implement those in our life to wire ourselves for more positive outcomes and a larger emphasis on the value we can all be to the people around us with our words and actions. Mindfull Aus will also finish the day off with some calming, fun and basic mindfulness and meditation practices to take home and implement in our daily life.

$35 for 2.5 hour per child, Payable via the ticket link at the top of the facebook page. Each payment will go directly back to Mindfull Aus, helping further develop and facilitate more age appropriate content for our young Champions of tomorrow, so that they too can realise their full potential, self worth, value and belonging.
